is to make a garment that lasts and gives you the best value for money you can get.

TUFFLEX™ FABRIC -
the most rugged outer shell fabric - Exclusive to Kammo
A key feature of Tufflex™ is the sheer amount of cotton per square yard, and this is one of the reasons
for it's extreme durability - there's simply a lot of fabric there!
A uniquely complex weave gives Tufflex™ its powerful blend of suppleness with strength, giving the
fabric its renowned comfort and silence.
Tufflex™ uses a very hefty thread with a polyester core. We figured that as you are likely to be wearing
your KAMMO® in 20 years time we'd better give you a thread to match.
Impregnated with fluoro-carbon water repellent which will withstand multiple launderings. Highly water repellent.

TUFFLEX-C™ FABRIC - Exclusive to Kammo
Tufflex-C is the 100% cotton camouflaged version of Tufflex.
It is produced to a phenomenally stringent specification using the finest dyes in the world, which even exhibit variable infra-red absorbtion for night time camouflaging and for the observation of many animals whose eyes are infra-red adapted. Tufflex-Camouflage has been shown to be the single most versatile camouflage for multiple terrains. It works by deception, not imitation.

TUFFSUEDE™ FABRIC
"If you can't get close in IMAGE CAMO™, you can't get close™"
Our TUFFSUEDE™ is the quietest fabric we've ever come across, with a soft surface "nap" like a
moles fur, and a feel like a doe's ear. It is one of the most remarkable garment fabrics we have ever
seen in 30 years in the industry.
We had the textile laboratory of LEEDS UNIVERSITY test it's tear strength and it came out 62%
stronger than SADDLECLOTH.
It never stiffens up and it always stays silent. (see patterns section)
VAPORFLEX™
Vaporflex™ is the central layer of our 3-layer construction system.
Vaporflex™ is totally waterproof and breatheable giving you above average life, is quiet in use, durable
and water vapour permeable for comfort. Machine launderable and if needed, repairable at our factory.
Vaporflex™ is the top of the range breathable fabric with a penetration rsistance of 450cms (that's
almost fifteen feet) (see diagram). It is ideal for the harshest conditions and professional uses.
POLY/MODACRYLIC lining
The lining for our Fieldcoat SL, Super Kodiak and Image Super Kodiak coats. This lining fabric is very
open-weave for maximum breathability, and has high abrasion and tear resistance. It is also very light
in weight, contributing considerably to the comfort of the coats.
